Waylo is in closed beta. It plans trips with AI assistance, and AI gets things wrong sometimes — double-check anything that matters (visas, opening hours, bookings, safety advisories) before you rely on it.
Itineraries, travel times, prices and opening hours are best-effort, assembled from live data and AI reasoning. They can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Waylo is a planning aid, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for your own travel decisions and documents.
When you tap "Request booking", a human on our team books on your behalf with the details you provided. We confirm before anything is paid, we don't store your payment details, and the contract for the stay/activity is between you and the provider. During the beta this service is free and best-effort.
Your itineraries and notes are yours. You give us the licence needed to run the service (store, process, display back to you and your trip companions). Shared tips that you mark shareable may be shown to other travellers without your name.
The service may break, change, or lose data during the beta. We'll treat your trips with care, but back up anything irreplaceable. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. The service is provided "as is", to the maximum extent permitted by law.
